Seven in the Bible — Hidden Meaning & Symbolism
The number seven = completion and wholeness — the finished work of a mind made whole. God rested on the seventh day after completing creation: the rest that follows inner completion. Seven seals, seven trumpets, seven days are all the picture of a process finished — the seventh day is the peace that comes when a state of mind is complete.
