Eye in the Bible — Hidden Meaning & Symbolism

Eye = the inner eye, the third eye, the single eye of vision and imagination — not the eyes in your head. Jesus said the light of the body is the eye: when your eye is single, your whole body is full of light. That eye is your imagination, your inner seeing, the place where Jesus lives and creates. Open the single eye within, and you see what is real beyond the visible world. The pineal within the brain is the meeting-point of body and spirit, the inner eye through which the light of truth is perceived. Blindness is that eye closed; sight is imagination awake.
