Bukki in the Bible — Hidden Meaning & Symbolism
mouth of Jah; waster; void. a A Levite named in the genealogy of Ezra (Ezra 7: 4). b A prince of the tribe of Dan, who was chosen as one of the men to help decide where each tribe of Israel should locate in the land of Canaan (Num. 34:22). Meta. A receptive, willing, obedient attitude of mind in man, coupled with love of the Truth and spiritual discernment, by which Jehovah, the indwelling Christ, is enabled to express Himself to man's consciousness (mouth of Jah). If the thought of either void or waster comes into the significance of this character, it refers to the putting away of the personal that one may become an open channel to receive and express the Truth. Man becomes the mouthpiece of God when he gives voice to spiritual Truth. God has no mouth, or avenue of expression, except His creation.
